Four practices. Applied pragmatically.

Intelligent systems, AI-powered marketing, hardened infrastructure and data recovery, and bench ECU work. Pick the practice that solves the problem in front of you, or combine them.

/process

How an engagement runs

Same four-step flow across all four practices — keep the unknowns at the front, ship a written scope, hand off cleanly.

  1. Diagnose

Scope the problem on the bench or on a call. Reproduce, capture logs, define what success looks like.

  2. Proposal

Written outline: approach, deliverables, timeline, dependencies. Quoted per scope, no surprises.

  3. Build / Fix

Implementation or recovery in passes. Short status notes; checkpoints if scope shifts.

  4. Handoff

Final delivery with notes, access, and (where relevant) a runbook or handover document.

/engagement

How to engage

Three shapes. Pick the one that fits the work — quoting happens after diagnosis, fixed for the agreed scope.

01

Project-based

Fixed scope, defined outcome.

Who it is for

Builds with a clear deliverable — an agent, a hardened server, a recovered drive, a cloned ECU.

What is included

  • Diagnose → proposal → build → handoff
  • Written scope and acceptance criteria
  • Quoted after diagnosis, fixed for the agreed scope

Quoting

Per scope, after diagnosis. No hourly drift.

Start a project

02

Retainer

Ongoing systems & AI care.

Who it is for

Teams that want a steady hand for production intelligent agents, Linux infrastructure, or networking — without hiring one.

What is included

  • Monthly hours or a defined SLA
  • Monitoring, patching, incident response
  • Roadmap reviews and incremental improvements

Quoting

Per scope, after diagnosis. No hourly drift.

Start a project

03

Bench work

Ship the ECU / drive — mail-in friendly.

Who it is for

Data recovery and ECU work that ships to the bench, gets done, and ships back. Same protocol as an in-person drop-off.

What is included

  • Receive → diagnose → quote → fix → return
  • Quoting after diagnosis; no work without approval
  • Returned with a written summary of what was done

Quoting

Per scope, after diagnosis. No hourly drift.
